Youth Training
SUMMIT Health & Fitness Club realizes that our children are the future. With this in mind we provide fun, exciting, educational fitness programs for kids of all ages. The training sessions designed by our SUMMIT trainers are to help children develop better balance, physical skills, endurance, and strength while having lots of fun! Program are also designed with safety in mind and to better educate kids about the benefits of exercise
Every Saturday at 9:00 a.m., SUMMIT Health & Fitness Club offers a Youth Training program in our Group Fitness room.
Every summer, SUMMIT Health & Fitness Club provides a 2-week youth fitness camp. We run three 2-week sessions starting in July. Limited space is available. Contact SUMMIT Health & Fitness Club at (613) 930-2445 for dates and times.
