Morris Lamer
B.Admin, Owner Strength & Conditioning Coach
Moe is a Cornwall native and is fluently bilingual. He holds a Bachelor of Administration Degree from Athabasca University in Alberta. He is a Professional Member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is Director of Sports Performance for Summit Health & Fitness Club and Physical Limits Fitness Club. Coach Lamer is the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Cornwall Colts (CJHL) directing all in-season and off-season on-ice and off-ice conditioning. Coach Lamer is the off-ice Coordinator for the Cornwall Colts Futures Camp and Training Camp. Moe is the Manager and Program Director of the Summit Hockey Training Program.
Morris is a strong advocate for community involvement; he has served as a minor sports coach for soccer & hockey. His objective is providing his customers with a unique blend of quality, consistency & personalized service.

Shanna Dawley
Certified Personal Trainer
Shanna Dawley is a Personal Trainer & a Customer Service Representative. She follows a rigorous training & diet schedule to help her get into the lean, muscular shape required for competition. Shanna believes these competitions have changed her life, and have given her the confidence she needs to achieve whatever goals she sets for herself. This is an important lesson she tries to pass on to her clients. Her commitment and dedication make her an excellent role model for clients hoping to achieve their goals. Shanna also does training in gymnastics, flexibility, dance, choreography & strength moves.

Pam Delaney
Certified Personal Trainer
Pamela Delaney’s qualifications include the Canadian Physical Fitness & Lifestyle Appraisal, Bsc Kinesiology Honours, Personal Trainer Specialist, Swiss Lower Body Functional Muscle Testing, and Chek Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach Level 1. She has been a Personal Trainer since 2003. “The secret of health for both mind and body is not mourn for the past, not to worry about the future, not to anticipate troubles, but to live the present moment wisely and earnestly – Buddha.”

SUMMIT Trainer
Steve Tyrell holds a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist certificate from Can-Fit-Pro and a Specialist Certificate in Seniors Fitness (Algonquin College). He has been a Personal Trainer for 6 years. “My philosophy in training is work hard, and play harder. Have fun while working out.”
