Self-Directed Training
At SUMMIT Health & Fitness Club, we understand that not everybody has the same goals. Some people are here because they want to improve their sport performance, some want to lose weight, while most just want to generally fell better about themselves.
Once a member of SUMMIT Health & Fitness Club, you are free to use the equipment and facilities to your heart's content - at your own pace, without anybody looking over your shoulder. Our friendly SUMMIT staff are always on hand to help out with a question, or show you new techniques. You can also ask a fellow member to help spot you if you wish, or simply follow your own routine. The choice is up to you!
If at some time, you wish to sign up for one of our group fitness classes, or consider having a personal trainer or join our Sport Performance Training or Weight Reduction Programs, we will be happy to explain your options. Until then, enjoy our facilities at your own pace.
